Winchester 30-06 Model 70 Post 64 Benchrest Custom
Description: Winchester Model 70 Post 64 Benchrest Custom Rifle. This rifle is by an unknown to me maker. It is very high quality with an ultra smooth action and very nice trigger. The action is clean and mostly original including blue and associated parts. the safe is non-functional and the bases look to have been applied in the factory holes. The barrel is a 26" fluted with a medium heavy profile, the only visible marking is 30-06 on the right side, there are no maker's markings, the fitting job and the fluting work look to be very professional and the bore is very clean with a clean throat. The stock is custom made by an unknown to me maker with high quality and nice looking American walnut, stock is sound and glass bedded, aluminum adjustable butt 12 3/4" length of pull.
