Description:
This tip down single shot features an octagon to round barrel, folding Beech front sight, small folding ladder rear sight, blue and case color finish with walnut stock, metal butt plate and matching forearm. The screws and post are present but tang sight is missing. CONDITION: Very good. Case colors have patterned out. Barrel is patina with flashes of blue. The Maynard patent dates and model are on left side while right side has the Mass. Arms legends, all of which are sharp. Stocks are solid with scattered impressions and dings. The bore is sharp and clean. Fine working order.
