Civil War Era Rifle Converted To Shotgun With C.S. Richmond Brass Butt Plate

Description:
The butt plate is brass and from a CS Richmond Musket. We are not sure if any of the other parts are Confederate.
The trigger gaurd is very unusual and we have not seen one like it before.

The lock plate and hammer are from an 1863 Springfield.
