Remington 1863 Rolling Block, .43 Spanish; Indian Reservation Police Musket

Description:
This musket is a beautifully adorned gun made for an important Goshute Tribal Police officer, Badge #8.
I have tried to find the individual, with no success.  I do know this is a very active tribe from the New Mexico area
on up through to Utah into Montana.  I have had it in my collection for many years.
I think it is time to pass it on. 
I am asking $4450.00, just lowered my price to $3800.00 OBO.
