"Grimm Prototype Revolving Rifle (AL7462)

Description:
"Made circa 1854. 44 caliber with a 26" barrel. This is a very interesting, overbuilt revolving rifle. This gun appears to have been finished in the white. Wood is very good with a brass butt plate. Several gunsmiths with last name ""GRIMM"" turn up in Seller's with working dates around this time frame with no definite connection to this unusual firearm.
