Webley RIC New Model Revolver 476 Cal

Description:
Serial #85423, .476 Enfield, 4 1/2" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is an attractive revolver that retains 70-75% of the original bright blue finish with the balance faded to a mottled, plum-brown and gray patina. The hammer, trigger, and large, acorn-shaped ejector have a freckled gray patina with some specks of pinprick pitting as well. The cylinder, which has conventional flutes, has a few dark patches of pinprick pitting around its circumference, and silvering and fading at the front and back. The checkered walnut grip has light wear and handling marks, with mild flattening of the points. The action is sound and functions in both single, and double-action. This is a very nice, large frame RIC revolver, and would make a great addition to any collection. Antique
