SN LH533 & SN LH534. This is a pair of United States Firearms (USFA) Long Hunter custom consecutively serial numbered Rode single action revolvers, both chambered in 38 Special. The work was performed by Jim Finch...aka “LONG HUNTER” in the SASS circles and owner of Long Hunter Supply. He custom smiths USFA Rodeo revolvers so they are competition ready right out of the box. SN LH533 has a 4 3/4” barrel with an excellent, bright strong bore. Metal surfaces retain about 99% original dull blue finish with a few minor handling marks and a very light turn ring on the cylinder. The checkered plastic grips with U.S. logo show little use. This revolver has had the following custom features added: rear sight widened from .108" to .140", serrated front sight, forcing cone opened to 11 degrees, crisp no creep trigger pull, custom springs, radius corners on the trigger and polish, and the sides of the hammer have been relieved .007" to eliminate drag and jeweled.
