The barrel is marked “SMITH & WESSON” on the Left Side; “*22 LONG RIFLE CTG*” on the Right Side; Standard Width Serrated Trigger; Wide & Deeply Checkered (Low Spur) Hammer; Frame-Mounted Rimfire Firing Pin; Frame-Mounted (fixed) Trigger Stop. The Barrel is Pinned and the Cylinder is Recessed with Matching Serial Number. The Bore is Bright with Sharp Rifling; and the Chambers are Bright and Shiny. The Blued Finish shows minimal wear for its almost 75 years of age.
