Description:
****SOLD**** S&W model 29-2 fitted with a 8 3/8 inch pinned barrel, red ramp front sight, adjustable white out-line rear sight, checkered Cocobolo target grips with S&W medallions, is blue finished with color case hardened finished hammer & trigger, and chambered in .44 Magnum.  This 1976 vintage Model 29 has been fired, but very little from its appearance, which is near new, retaining 99% original blue with only a slight drag line on the cylinder. The attractive grips fit well and are in as new condition.  The bore looks as new and the action functions the same, with perfect timing and a tight lock-up on all 6 cylinders.  Comes with a factory wood presentation case (case is in fine condition, retaining much of its original finish, with assorted handling marks/dings/dents) which includes a screwdriver, cleaning rod, bore brush, and bore mop.  Comes with a Model 29 instructions manual, and holster & ammo pamphlets.  A nice example of its type.
