Layaway is available for 3 to 4 months depending on the price of purchase. All
payments must be made directly through our business either by credit card/debit
card over the phone please
give us a call to finalize your layaway.

All layaways require a minimum of 20% down and the full completion of the
payment must be made before the end of the layaway term.  
If payment is not
received by the end of the layaway term, The layaway will be forfeited and all
deposits will be lost. There will be a 33% restocking fee on ALL cancelled
layaways. Any amount over the 33% restocking fee will ONLY BE REFUNDED
AS STORE CREDIT.

** The LAYAWAY PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE &NON-TRANSFERRABLE!

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING:
LAYAWAY ITEMS – Must call the shop to pay a down payment of 20% in order for the Guns International listing to be ended.
We ONLY accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover *
We do NOT accept personal checks, money orders or cashier's checks for any reason.
· There is a 3% card processing fee on ALL Credit /Debit card purchases due to our payment processor .
· ** ALL LONG GUNS have a 40.00 shipping charge of purchase
** ALL HANDGUNS have a 25.00 shipping charge due at time of purchase .

A copy of the transfer agent's FFL is due within 24 hours of purchase .

Local pick-ups pay 7 % sales tax. Purchases shipped within GA are subject to
the shipping charge and 7% sales tax.
 Firearms cannot ship until FFL and full
payment has been received.
Shipments going to California, Hawaii and Alaska will be the actual shipping cost.
Not the flat rate like other states.
**Shipping is not refundable in ANY circumstance. Unless there was an error on our behalf **
ALL orders are shipped promptly from in-store inventory within 3-7 business
days using UPS for long guns and Pistols /handguns.
Tracking numbers are sent out at the time of label printing. (please provide email )
* Please allow the above days to be reflected before checking on shipment via phone*
The tracking number will show movement once it's left our facility.

INSURANCE FOR SHIPPING:
** COVERAGE IS LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL VALUE OF THE SHIPMENT **
If you desire to have your firearms covered by insurance during transit, please call
the shop and hold to select gun dept. line. Once connected please
provide a desired purchase amount. We will add to shipping costs and call back
with price adjustment to make an over the phone payment to secure shipping
insurance. * There will still be a 3% card processing fee on top of this additional purchase.

RETURNS:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
IF THE ITEM IS NEW – We do NOT accept the firearm for a return. You will
have to contact the firearm manufacturer for any repairs.
IF THE ITEM IS USED- We do NOT accept the item for returns. You must review
The Gun listing for flaws the used gun might have. Consequently, we can
NOT accept returns once the gun is transferred in your possession. Upon
discovering a defect, you must contact the manufacturer for repairs.
IF you are denied the sale of the firearm there will be a 33% restocking fee on
the return and you are responsible for return shipping charges. It is your
responsibility to know if you can legally own a firearm.
