Smith & Wesson Model 38 Bodyguard Airweight, Cal. .38 Special, Mid 1960's Vintage SOLD

Description:
S&W Model 38 (no dash) Bodyguard Airweight fitted with a 2 inch barrel, diamond checkered service grips with S&W medallions, built on a round butt alloy frame, is blue/black finished, and chambered in .38 Special.  This 1965-1966 vintage 5-shot double action Model 38 is in excellent original condition, retaining 95% original finish, with minor thinning on the cylinder, muzzle of the barrel, and high edge wear on the frame, mostly on the trigger guard.  There are also a couple of spots of corrosion on the cylinder.  The numbered to the gun grips are in excellent condition, showing little wear or handling marks.  The bore looks like new and the action functions the same.  Sorry, no box or paper-work.                                                                 PRICE:    SOLD           We are Antique & Modern Firearms in Lexington, KY, dealer of fine firearms since 1974.                    PH. 859-276-1419         We Buy, Sell and Trade Firearms & Knives.    Have a Individual Firearm,  Firearms Collection, or Firearms Estate to sell, let us know, we can buy or consignment sell it for you.                   NOTE:  No additional fee for a Credit Card payment.
