Smith and Wesson 48-4 Convertible Revolver 22 magnum 22 LR

Description:
Two revolvers in one! I have owned this s&w k frame 22 MRF masterpiece revolver about a decade. It's from the late 70's early 80's era... I have shot it with both cylinders and it performed great, no issues. Mostly it has been a safe queen and round count is very low. It is all original and in at least very good plus, if not excellent condition, with very few freckles. It is a beauty I just want to be thorough in the description most sellers would call it excellent and leave it at that.. It is a factory convertible sold new with both a magnum and 22 long rifle cylinders. It has a 4 inch pinned barrel with an excellent bore. Being used, both cylinders have a turn line. The wood is very nice, as is the blue, the ejector rod showing some thinning. A very nice example, and a bit rare with both interchangeable cylinders. No box or papers, no holds no trades or lower offers accepted. The pics have a lot of reflection some are better than others and show just how nice this old 48 is..buyer must be 21 years or older. Ships from my local FFL to buyers FFL for transfer, no exceptions. Shipping is USPS fully insured. Cost of shipping and insurance is a flat 50.00 and is paid for by the buyer in addition to the sale price.. Be positive you will pass the federal bci check or do not contact me. I can't imagine a buyer being unhappy with this revolver. Preferred payment is by USPS POSTAL MO.. checks accepted, however shipping will be held up until FFL is confirmed and payment has fully cleared.
