****SOLD****Smith & Wesson Model 29, Dirty Harry 6 1/2 Inch Barrel, Cal. .44 Magnum

Description:
****SOLD****S&W Model 29-2 fitted with a 6 1/2 inch pinned barrel, counter recessed chambers, red ramp front sight, white out-line adjustable rear sight, target hammer, target trigger, checkered Cocobolo target grip with S&W medallions, is blue finished, and chambered in .44 Magnum.  This 1976 vintage Model 29 is in excellent original condition, retaining 98% original blue, with most thinning at the muzzle, some minor handling marks, and a drag line on the cylinder.  The grips fit well and are in very fine condition, retaining most of their original finish, with assorted handling marks, mostly on the bottom.  The bore looks as new, is bright with sharp rifling, and the action functions perfectly, with excellent timing.  Clint Eastwood carried a Model 29 in his Dirty Harry movies, just  as this one is configured,  Comes with a period correct blue box (as those provided with the presentation case), sorry, no presentation case or paper-work.                                                               PRICE: $1,595          We are Antique & Modern Firearms in Lexington, KY, a dealer of fine firearms since 1974.                    PH. 859-276-1419         We Buy, Sell, and Trade Firearms & Knives.    Do you have an Individual Firearm,  Firearms Collection, or Firearms Estate to sell?  Give us a call or send an email, and we can talk about buying the item(s) outright or selling them on consignment for you.                   NOTE:  No additional fee for a Credit Card payment.
