Description:
S&W Military & Police fitted with a 4 inch pinned barrel, diamond checkered walnut grips with S&W medallions, built on a round butt "K" frame, is nickel finished with color case hardened finshed hammer & trigger, and chambered in .38 Special.  This 1955 vintage M&P is in excellent original condition, retaining 95% original, some-what dull/low lustre, nickel finish, about 50% original case colors on the hammer and trigger.  The bore is excellent, is bright with sharp rifling, and the action functions perfectly.  Is all numbers matching (frame to cylinder,barrel, & grips, and frame to crane).  Sorry, no box or paper-work.  Seldom see these older M&P's with a round grip.                                                                   CURIO & RELIC
