Smith & Wesson .32 S&W Long Caliber - Hand Ejector Model of 1896.
Description: Smith and Wesson's First Model "Hand Ejector" revolver, with the Side Swinging Cylinder, was introduced in 1896 and is chambered in .32 S&W Long Caliber. Smith & Wesson called these "Hand Ejectors" because unlike the Top Breaks, which ejected their empties automatically, the side breaks did not employ the same ejector mechanism... Instead, the empties had to be ejected manually, or by hand, by pushing back on the ejector rod. This early "Hand Ejector", Serial 3306, is in Fine Condition with a 3 1/4 inch barrel, retaining 75% + of the Original Nickle, and has beautiful Mother of Pearl Grips. Mechanically Perfect.
