Ruger Stainless Steel Birds Head Revolver new in the box

This is a Ruger stainless steel .357 revolver that was sold to me as new in the box, but it isn't. Looking at the gun, I find a slight cylinder ring and what looks like residue from firing that the former owner didn't clean as well as he could have. While it's in its original box, that former owner removed the identification label from the end of the box. In other words, it's close to new in appearance, but that wouldn't be an honest description, hence the lower price.
