This St. Etienne Model Trophy 1892 DA/SA revolver in 8MM Lebel is in very good condition. The blued barrel, cylinder and frame are very good with only minor surface pitting. The blued 4 5/8" barrel is very good with sharp clear rifling in its bore. The trigger is typical DA/SA in operation. The checkered dark walnut hand grips are very good. The St. Etienne revolver was the French standard officer issue side arm during WWI. Produced by Manufacture d'armes de Saint Etienne, this model revolver was manufactured from 1892 to 1924 as the replacement for the French MAS 1873. This St. Etienne revolver was given as 1st prize in 1894, as can be seen by the LH side plate engraving. This St. Etienne revolver does not come with a box or any other accessories. 8mm
