WW2 British Enfield No. 2 Mk. I* Revolver by Enfield

Description:
Serial #K2543, .38/200 British, 5" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This 1940-dated revolver has matching numbers on the frame, cylinder, and barrel with the metal retaining about 95-97% of the original matte blue finish that has mild silvering along the high edges and projections. All markings are crisp and clear, including the post-war London commercial proofs, and an unidentified marking on the frame knuckle; possibly a unit mark. The grooved walnut grips are in very good-fine shape with only some very minor handling marks and slight wear present. The brass disk has a small Broad Arrow mark, but no other markings. The action lock-up is tight and fully functional, and this is a fine-near excellent example of a wartime Enfield revolver FFL or C&R
