Description:
SOLD---This is one of the finest holster and belt rigs ever produced by the infamous Arvo Ojala of Hollywood California! He made the holster and belt rigs for the old 1950's-60's weekly tv series westerns like Bonanza, Laramie, Paladin etc... He only made a handful of these presentation, what they call "Filigreed" carved holster and belt sets. It has the very rare and intricate inset carving of the leather in black with a gold background.(see pics). The leather work is totally superior in quality. All buckles and billet tips are beautifully and intricately hand engraved in sterling silver, probably supplied by the famous saddle maker to the Stars, Bolin of Hollywood. The overall condition is excellent showing very minimal use, if any at all. (See Pics). Made for a Colt SAA with either a 4 3/4" or 5 1/2" barrel. Comes with a signed Arvo Ojala poster to the receipent, of the rig. The gun shown is for fitment only and is NOT included.
