** SOLD ** Colt Bisley Model SAA, Cal. .45 LC, 1913 Vintage

Description:
Colt Bisley Model Single Action Army fitted with a 5 7/16 inch barrel (cut down from a 7 1/2 inch), raked back wide hammer, attractive 2-piece stag grips, originally was blue/color case-hardened finished, and chambered in .45 Long Colt.  This 1913 vintage Bisley Model is in very good condition, retaining 5% (hiden areas) of its original finishes, with most all of gun having turned a silver grey patina.  The bore is bright, with sharp rifling, but there is some corrosion spotting and a light bulge just behind the front sight.  The action functions perfectly, with great timing, but the cylinder fit is ever slightly loose.  The stag grips fit well and have nice coloring and figure.  The gun has a replacement cylinder/base pin and the barrel stamp on the left side is shallow/worn down.  A good shooter Bisley Model.                                                    CURIO & RELIC
