Used; Second Generation; Circa 1969; SN 500XX SA; Colt Single Action Army Revolver in .38 Special; 5½ Inch Barrel; Charcoal Blue Finish with Bright (Fire) Blue Screws; (non-Factory, according to pending Colt Letter) Near-Full Coverage Engraving – Including the Gold Medallion Wood Grips. This Revolver appears to be Unturned, Unfired since being engraved and finished – making it 100 Percent Refinished Condition. The Classic Oak Leaf & Scroll Pattern has Deep Backgrounds with Fine Stippling, and Extraordinary Continuity of Design from Metal to Wood. Unique colors make this one difficult to photograph. Best color fidelity for the Metal is seen against the Light Background; best color fidelity for the Wood shows against the Dark Background.
