FIRST GENERATION COLT FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER SAA

Description:
7-1/2 inch barrel chambered in 44-40 caliber with a good bore showing just some light pitting. Overall metal is mostly a grey color with faint traces of refinished blue. Left side of barrel is marked "Colt Frontier Six Shooter" and the top has the Hartford CT address. The Rampant Colt emblem is faintly visible on left side of the frame. Hard rubber grips also have the Rampant Colt emblem on each side. Grips show some wear but in good condition. This 1st Gen is in excellent mechanical condition. Manufactured in 1907.
