COLT BISLEY MODEL SAA IN CALIBER 45 LONG COLT

Description:
4-3/4 inch round barrel with correct 2 line barrel address. Bore has slight darkening and some light pitting. Marked on the left side of the barrel is " (Bisley Model) 45 Colt" and the Hartford CT address on the top. Left side of frame has patent dates along with the Rampant Colt trade mark. Overall metal has turned a dull grey with faint traces of original finish. Some scattered very light pitting. Crisp action. Hard rubber grips are worn quite smooth. Only 8,005 Bisley Model revolvers in 45 LC caliber were made and this one was manufactured in 1904.
