Colt Single Action Frontier Scout in .22LR. This is a commemorative model which celebrates the driving of the Golden Spike when the American transcontinental railroad was completed in 1869. It includes a very nicely detailed display box and a golden railroad spike. This gun was built in 1969 to celebrate the centennial of the completion of the railroad. The box itself shows some chipping in the corners of the lid see photos, but is otherwise in good shape. The revolver is in very good condition and has shiny golden parts throughout. 6" barrel with shiny bore. 6 round cylinder. Serial number 524GS
