Description:
Serial #198613, .32 New Police (.32 S&W Long), 4" barrel with an excellent, bright bore.
This revolver was made in 1923 and retains 95-97% of the original bright commercial blue finish with some mild silvering present at the muzzle, as well as along some of the high edges and projections.
A mild turn-ring is also present on the rear of the cylinder.
The hammer and trigger retain most of their original blue finish, with some spots of freckling present on the sides of the hammer spur.
The checkered hard rubber grips are original and numbered to the gun on the interior.
They are in very good-near fine condition with some minor handling marks and light flattening to the checkering points.
The lock-up is tight, and the action functions flawlessly.
This is a fine-excellent example of a great little pre-WW2 Colt double-action revolver.
