Colt SAA Sheriff model, two cylinders 44-40 & 44 spec. NIB with display case

Description:
Colt 3rd Generation SAA Sheriff model. Special, oak cased Sheriff model with two cylinders: .44-40 & .44 special. 3" barrel, smooth walnut grips, non-ejector, blue/case color.

This Sheriff's model is absolutely new in box/case. The gun comes in the Colt box with all paperwork and the boxed Sheriff model comes in a larger box that contains the oak & glass display case.

The smudges that you see in the photos are because I pulled the gun out of the original plastic bags and did NOT wipe off the old packing oil/grease! Note: the cylinder is perfect and unturned. This gun was "checked-in" in 1980 then put back in the box until I photographed it!!
