** SOLD ** Colt Officers Model Match Double Action Revolver Chambered in .22 Long Rifle w/ 6" Barrel **Mfg 1938 - Third Issue**

Description:
Presented here for consideration is a very nice Colt Officers Model Target Match double action revolver in .22 LR caliber. This is a third issue version of the Officers Model Target. This particular example is in excellent overall condition with everything working exactly as it should. The 6 inch barrel has a very good bore with strong rifling. Sights are a square notch rear and blade front. The trigger is very good. This fine Colt has some high edge wear and handling marks but nothing serious. The wood grip panels are in very good condition with only light handling marks and excellent Colt medallions inset into each side. Checkering on the trigger, cylinder release and hammer are still very sharp. The cylinder has very light turn rings. Bluing is deep and rich. This beautiful Colt Officers Target Match would make a great addition to a collection or would make a strong statement at the club or range on bullseye shoot night.
