A Very Early And Rare Civil War Percussion Colt Model 1848 Baby Dragoon With A 6 Inch Barrel In Nice Untouched Condition. Serial #2,375, all matching numbers including the wedge. Made in 1848. The revolver has nice untouched metal, markings, and edges. It has a very good cylinder scene. All of the metal on the revolver has an untouched and natural chocolate brown patina on it. The brass backstrap and trigger guard are nice and untouched throughout with a wonderful mellow color to them. The original factory grips are full & very good throughout with no chips in them. The gun has a very good bore and action. This Is A Very Nice Untouched Example Of A Very Early & Scarce Civil War Percussion Colt Model 1848 Baby Dragoon With A
