Smith & Wesson American Revolver 2nd Issue in .44 American made in 1874 with Factory Letter. An excellent example of an old west classic revolver. It is in antique fine condition with most of its original nickel plating remaining. Mechanically excellent and locks up tight. Bore is very good. Beautiful period Ivory Grips. This gun deserves to be in a fine collection. I have custom made black powder .44 American ammunition that will be offered to the buyer if they are interested at additional cost. It includes a correct heeled bullet mold for the .44 American.
