Colt Model 1877 Lightning D/A Revolver With A 6 Inch Barrel, Deluxe Grips, And No Ejector Rod
Description: An Early And Scarce Colt Model 1877 Lightning D/A Revolver With a 6 inch Barrel, Deluxe Grips, And No Ejector Rod In Excellent Condition. Serial #46,939, all matching numbers. Bore is .38 caliber as marked on the side of the barrel. All original and complete and made in 1883. The revolver has excellent metal, markings, and edges. All of the markings on the barrel and frame are crisp and clear. All of the metal on the gun including the barrel, frame, and cylinder all retain their original nickel finish as shown. The hammer also retains its nickel on the sides and bright blue finish on its top edge. The trigger and screws also retain their factory bright blue and nickel on them. The original grips are very fine throughout with a wonderful color to them. It has an excellent bore and fine action. This Is An Excellent Example Of An Early & Scarce Long Barreled Colt Model 1877 Lightning D/A Revolver That Most Likely Was Out West!
