This is a very nice Early 60s Black box era Colt Single Action. 45 Long Colt with 4 3/4 barrel. Case coloring is great. Bluing is also. The cyl does have a turn mark. Overall this is a very nice piece for your collection. Box is an original but not to the Colt. Nothing wrong with it. I have shot it and worked fine.
