Description:
I'm selling my collection. Here is an Antique Scarce Hood Firearms. Co. Spur Trigger, Single Action Revolver, 5 round, chambered for .38 RF, Spur trigger. Marked on the top of the barrel: "Hood FA.Co.Pat.Apr.6.1875." 3.1/2" round barrel with good bore with sharp rifling. No need of a FFL for transfer. Flutted cylinder 5 round with clean chamber, rotates with good timing, no play on the lock up, very good rosewood bird eye varnished grips, serial number: 9244 under the left grip. In an excellent working condition with its original nickel finish rating 65% flaking original nickel finish, well built in very good condition it's very collectible. What is not in the description could be seen on the pictures. I haven't shot it. It was well kept and preserved. Old cartridges showed on one of the picture are NOT for sale. Please don't ask for extra pictures. Price is already set low. $385 + $45 insured shipping to your door if you are over 21, payable by cashier check, P.M.O or credit card with the usual charging fee.
