I'm selling my collection. Here is an Antique American Bull Dog 2nd Model made by Iver Johnson .38 S&W Double Action Revolver. FFL is not required. It’s chambered in .38 Smith & Wesson. The 2nd Model was produced circa 1885-1897, estimated quantity 3,900. With its 5 shots clean chambers, 2.1/2" octagonal barrel with a shinny bore with sharp rifling. Original factory nickel finish rates 85-90% with little scratches & tiny point points of erosion. Will only work in double action, the cylinder has good timing, the trigger return and sears springs are broken or missing. You might find these small original replacement parts for a decent price on Ebay, email me and I'll provide the link. Sharp and well defined markings on the top of the barrel : "AMERICAN BULL DOG". The original black rubber grips are in excellent condition with its Dog face. Well designed & built. Very collectible piece of history.
