Smith & Wesson Model 28 Highway Patrolman, Cal. .357 Magnum, 1973 Vintage

Description:
S&W Model 28-2 Highway Patrolman fitted with a 6 inch pinned barrel, serrated ramped front sight, adjustable rear sight, checkered walnut service grips with S&W medallions, case-hardened finished hammer and trigger, dull blue finished, and chambered in .357 Magnum.  This 1973 vintage Model 28 is in very fine original condition, retaining 97-98% original blue, with most loss due to a corrosion spot on side of cylinder (most likely from poor storage).  The bore is bright, with sharp rifling, and the action functions perfectly.  The grips (which nu=mber to the gun, fit well and are in like new conditipon.  Comes with a S&W Model 28 box (no end label with serial number), factory provided cleaning rod, bore brush & bore mop, and all paper-work.                                                                 CURIO & RELIC
