W.C. Scott Crown side-by-side shotgun chambered in 28 Gauge. 1982 dated Birmingham proofs. Features include 25-inch blued steel barrels with single steel bead sight on a concave solid rib with fixed chokes that gauge Modified & Full along with 2-3/4 inch chambers with ejectors. The casehardened boxlock receiver shows fine scrollwork with "W. & C. SCOTT" on either side and "CROWN" on the underside. The action also features double triggers and automatic tang mounted safety. Abercrombie & Fitch import marking under the forearm. Nicely figured, multi-point checkered splinter forend with Anson button release and engraved fittings and straight grip stock with tear drop carved flats along with an engraved inscription oval with initials "AHL". Comes in a canvas bound takedown case with W & C trade label, cleaning tools, two nickel snap caps, and a nickel oiler. 28 Gauge
