Look at this amazing Belgium Browning ATD .22 Grade 3, THE BEST WOOD AND ENGRAVING YOU WILL SEE, ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING THE GUN HAS THE RARE, FACTORY ENGRAVED WILLIAMS BARREL MOUNTED SCOPE MOUNTS AS SHOWN ON PAGE 113 OF HOMER TYLER’S SEMINAL BOOK “BROWNING .22 CALIBER RIFLES 1914-1984”.  You can scour the internet and you will see a few similar Grade 3 SA22’s offered for sale, but if you look at the photos of this gun closely you will see the noticeably best quality hand engraved action signed by L. Acampo (Louis) showing much more defined game scenes and dogs, deeper and darker shaded backgrounds…simply the best engraving by far of any offered for sale.  Again, reviewing the photos of this gun closely, you will see it has the most highly figured exhibition walnut you will see on a Grade 3, far better than any others.  Add the uniqueness of the rarely seen Williams barrel mounted scope mount provided by Browning hand engraved in a pattern that closely matches the Grade 3 engraving in the receiver…a valuable feature to add to your Browning collection.  This Grade 3, sn70T47741 built in 1970, is in 99.5% factory original condition, with only a few tiny handling marks anywhere on the gun.  The barrel blue, French Grey action and trigger guard, the gold plating on the trigger, retain literally 100% of the factory finish.  The bore is perfect mirror shiny, the mechanics are all excellent, the gun is as close to flawless as you will find.  The 1.5-4.5x Realist period correct scope is as new, with a three post and fine crosshair reticle and clear optics.  It is just the right size and finish to properly top off this little Browning rifle.  If you take into consideration the superior engraving and wood figure, special-order scope mounts, as new condition you will recognize we have this gun priced as a good investment and value as offered.  It is simply the best example of a Browning ATD 22 Grade 3 available anywhere and belongs in your collection.  The specifications are below.  Don’t hesitate in this one or she will be in someone else’s collection instead of yours!  Thanks for looking.
