26 inch round barrel chambered in 38-55 caliber with most all original blue remaining. Good bore that needs a thorough cleaning. Original sights include a German silver blade front and a Winchester sporting rear. Special order Button mag. Receiver has most glossy original blue with some thinning at the high points. Good traces of case color on the hammer and lever. Straight grain walnut stocks have a few light mars and dings while retaining about 90% original varnish. Crescent rifle style buttplate. Crisp action. Nice clean gun from 1901..
