Description:
This is an original Swedish Mauser M1896 Bayonet with the scabbard and frog manufactured by Carl Gustaf Stad sometime after 1913. The 8 1/4" blade is in very good condition, stamped Crown over 405 and reverse Crown over C. The guard has the unit identifier of 8 over t 27 No 41. Being all steel it has sings of wear but still retains all integrity. The scabbard is in very good condition with the Swiss crown and LAR on the throat. This comes with a very good frog with tight stitching and good leather condition.
