Description:
Both feature identical engraving that is referred to as the "Hartford Style". Very scarce. Both have deluxe walnut grips. One of them has about 90% silver backstrap and trigger guard with the other one with about 60% silver remaining. Both have the Samuel Colt script on top of the barrel. 5 inch barrels on both. Mechanics are good. One has about 10% original blue with the balance a plum/brown color. Most of the cylinder scene intact. The other gun has about 25% original blue with good case color on the frame. 43k serial range. Case is a relined period case with all the original accoutrements. An attractive and rare pair of guns.
