Description:
On consignment we have a Colt Single Action Army revolver in .38-40 WCF. This revolver, Serial Number 287267, is a First Generation Colt manufactured in 1906. This Colt features a 4.75” barrel and original factory Rampant Colt hard rubber grips, which are serialized to the gun. There is original bluing showing on the ejector rod housing, with trace amounts on the barrel and in the cylinder flutes. There is some light case coloring remaining on the frame. The grips are in excellent condition, and serialized to the gun. The action is tight and functional. The bore is clean with only light scattered pitting, and the rifling remains strong.
