Serial #1056401, 20 GA (2 3/4” Chamber), 28 inch barrel with modified choke.having an excellent shiny bore. In hard to find excellent condition.
This is the Model 11 semi-automatic shotgun manufactured by Remington in about 1940 featuring the classic “hump back” receiver with a total of 5 shots..
Condition:
- The metal surfaces retain about 85-90% of the original blue finish with scattered freckling.
- The stock and forearm are solid with areas of use. No cracks or gouges..
- The Remington hard rubber butt plate rates about excellent.
- Mechanically it functions properly.
- A classic upland “multi use” shotgun that would be a pleasure to hunt with or show off.
