Description:
BRNO Arms Model ZKK-600 chambered in .3o-06 Springfield. This example was manufactured by Brno in 1991. The top of the barrel is marked "BRNO ARMS – CZECHOSLOVAKIA-". The left side of the rear barrel and front receiver is marked with Czech proof and the "91" date code, the top is marked "CAL. / .30-06 Springfield". The top of the chamber ring is marked with the company logo over "TRADEMARK / BRNO / ARMS / MOD. / ZKK-600", the right side front is marked with the serial "87942" and the rear is marked "SIMPSON LTD GALESBURG IL. The front sight is a hooded beaded blade fixed to the top of a serrated ramped riser that is banded to the front of the barrel. The rear sight fixed leaf with a fixed U-notch dovetailed to a base. This gun also has a flat set trigger. The top of the receiver is grooved for mounting an optic. The stock is one-piece checkered wood with a rose wood capped pistol grip and forend, fluted straight comb with cheek rest, sling swivel in the belly, and a black rubber ventilated serrated recoil pad. .30-06 Springfield
