Description:
1977 Colt Python 357 Revolver with 4" Vent Rib Barrel, The left side of the barrel is marked "PYTHON .357 / * .357 MAGNUM CTG. *". The right side of the barrel is marked "COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG. CO. / HARTFORD, CONN. U.S.A.". The flat under the crane and the crane are marked with the serial number and importer. The left sideplate is marked with a "Rampant Colt" logo. The left front of the trigger guard is marked with the verified proof. The rear sight has a white outlined square notch and is adjustable for windage and elevation that is pinned to the top strap of the frame. The front sight is a serrated ramp blade, pinned to the top of the rib. The top barrel rib has a matte black finish. The grips are oversized checkered walnut that enclose the front strap and the bottom of the grip frame, exposing the serrated back strap, the upper portions have gold logo medallions. The gun does show finish wear at the muzzle and on the sides of the full under lug. The frame shows some broken high edge wear. The front sides of the cylinder also shows light edge wear with a drag line. .357 Magnum
