Offers considered for this Cooper 57M LVT in .17HMR. 24" heavy stainless barrel. Nicely figured walnut stock with some fiddleback. Leupold bases. Stock has a few handling marks as noted in images - they are exaggerated by the camera. I purchased recently from First Stop Guns and the bore condition was stated to be "very fine." My gunsmith upon arrival agreed with that assessment and stated there is some minor fouling. Metal appears to be excellent. I have not shot the rifle. The only reason that I am selling is that within a week of buying the LVT, a 57M .17HMR Jackson Hunter with synthetic stock showed up on GI, which I purchased. This was my first choice for a .17HMR so now I am one over the limit! Private seller so no sales tax (unlike GB, etc.).
