Description:
WF Bern 1929 Swiss Luger chambered in30 Luger with a 4.75" barrel. 27,940 of these lugers were manufactured starting with serial number 50,001 to 77,941. This model has the uncheckered toggle knobs; grip safety, wide trigger, narrow trigger guard and a straight grip front strap and no stock lug. The top of the chamber is unmarked and the rear toggle has the "Swiss Cross in a Shield" marking. The barrel is correctly numbered on the left side of the shoulder and has a small Swiss proof. The underside of the barrel has the "Swiss Cross". The full serial number "74968", is found on the left side of the frame with a proof mark "K+". The serial number is again found on top of the rear toggle and the back of the frame has WF Berm initials in a circle. The trigger has a light "P" stamp on the right side. The grips are correct Swiss brown Bakelite and slotted for grip safety. Original thin plated magazine with Bakelite bottom and a "P" stamp on the lower spine of the magazine. Comes with a "35" stamped leather "RUD.VON BERGEN SATTLER **IRINGEH" holster. .30 Luger/7.65x21 Parabellum
