The serial number puts this rifle (373182) as a post WWI manufacture. The Rock Island Arsenal 1903s were every bit equal to their Springfield 1903 counterparts. .30-06 Springfield

Metal Condition: Shows some surface pitting and finish wear. The receiver is drilled for a side mounted scope. A previous owner etched what appears to be a Social Security number on the trigger guard.
Wood Condition: The stock appears to be a custom-made with bone grip cap and inlay.
Bore Condition: "Very good four groove bore, bright & sharp
