Caliber SAV 303. Rare Savage loading tool with blued steel body and color case hardened lever. Most of the original factory blue remains on the body. The removable die has lost most of it's finish. The handle has an ample amount of case color left, and the wooden handle has most of the original varnish and bright blue on the ferrule. You don't see these very often, let alone in this kind of condition!
