"SN: 1863787. Made in 1944. .45ACP with a 5"" barrel. Bore is bright with strong rifling, minor frosting is noted in grooves. WWII Lend Lease M1911a1 sent to England. Both U.S. and British proof marks are present. Finish is in very good condition with expected but light wear noted. Original WWII plastic grips retain strong checkering. Action functions properly.
