Description:
28 inch round barrel chambered in 45-60 WCF caliber. Excellent bore that is bright and shiny with strong rifling. Sights include original sporting nickel-silver blade front and an "1876" marked sporting leaf folding rear. Barrel shows 80% blue starting to tone brown in places. Full length magazine tube shows 70% finish with slightly more toning to brown. Blued receiver shows 90% deep dark original finish with very light handling marks and limited light freckling. Lever, hammer and trigger show 30% color case hardened finish. Walnut stocks are solid showing most original finish. Features a trapdoor crescent butt plate. Manufactured in 1882
