This is an older manufacture lever action Model Golden 39-A that was made in 1964. 24 inch round barrel chambered in 22 S,L&LR caliber with with a very good bore. Original open sights include a hooded ramped front and a sporting rear. Most thinning original blue remains on the barrel and the tubular magazine tube. Crisp barrel address markings. Also retains most blue on the receiver and lever with some wear to the sides of the hammer. Sling swivels. Gold plated trigger. Hard rubber buttplate. Walnut pistolgrip stock also features flutes in the comb. Missing the white dot by the rear sling swivel. Nice functioning lever action plinker for affordable fun at the range
